The Head of Operations & Logistics is responsible for ensuring on-time, in full delivery of quality product to all channels. You will manage supplier and logistic vendors, warehouse personnel, and delivery partners to ensure excellent customer service and in-stock levels. You will help lead the set up of operational processes for launch in all channels, manage on-going logistics and problem solve when unique logistical situations arise. You are accountable for: Manufacturing Vendor Management/Sourcing: You will manage suppliers to deliver quality product on-time and in full to all our distribution channels. You will also help find, select and qualify manufacturers for our diverse product lines. You will set up the processes to manage suppliers and report on performance. Warehouse & Fulfillment: Distribution channels include our DTC website as well as e-commerce sites and stores within the Walmart family, creating a complex fulfillment network. You will be required to work closely with our own warehouse as well as respective teams across the enterprise to ensure successful fulfillment across channels. You will set up these vendors and the processes to manage them and report on performance. You will anticipate and plan for growth of the business with logistics partners. Logistics & Transportation: You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the inbound and outbound shipments of our products.
