Retail Planning Department (Downtown Honolulu, Oahu)
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
Responsible to develop and provide information, analytics, and strategic planning to support to the Retail Banking Group (RBG) business objectives and plan. Responsible for leading and managing the Retail Information & Planning department, which consist of the retail systems, information management, and planning and performance reporting. Manages various administrative programs of the Retail Banking Group and Consumer Branch Banking Division.
Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or closely related field; or equivalent work experience.
5+ minimum related work experience required
Master s Degree and 10+ years of banking experience preferred
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, and problem solving skills.
Strong leadership skills to effectively deal with all levels of management, internal staff and vendors.
Requires extensive analytical, conceptual, and financial acumen to identify, research, analyze and implement customer, sales, financial management/forecasting/budgeting, and employee systems.
Requires strong knowledge of retail banking, operations, planning, project management, strategic planning, and data analysis.
Requires extensive knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, automated branch banking applications and information technology applications.
Requires basic knowledge of host applications and networks as they relate to system integration within the Retail Banking Group
Requires strong knowledge and experience in financial accounting, finance, and statistical analysis.
