As a Furniture Planner with Hines, you will coordinate global implementation of new furniture design and projects for a growing technology client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide support for new build project sites as well as specialty projects at existing sites from beginning to completion Work closely with facility design team, project architect, project furniture vendor(s), and other internal technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget Track purchase orders with vendors and suppliers Oversee vendor delivery/installation timelines and on-site project installation, including walk-throughs and punch resolution Oversee all specialty furniture projects on corporate campus Facilitate non-project based, new furniture requests/orders from end-users, Facilities Ergo, and off-site locations, including all new furniture task requests via ticket system Provide furniture test fits for new builds or existing sites as needed using AutoCAD Minimum Requirements include: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution Five or more years of experience in facilities and/or furniture planning Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred Ability to read construction plans and furniture specifications Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently Hines is a privately owned global real estate investment firm founded in 1957 with a presence in 214 cities in 24 countries.
