Issues and fixes logPROJECT BACKGROUNDThe Live Media Manager Platform will be developed and rolled out to all agency communications staff. Communications people who have done their work a certain way will be asked to do things differently.This role is key to ensuring that users are involved in the software development process, excited by the new platform they are helping to create and ready and able to use the new content management tool/platform.The platform will provide the ability for client staff to manage content on digital screens in our network, create and send sms/text messages, and email alerts and other communications.This role will be responsible for developing communications plans and timelines, training plans and user training sessions, and roll out schedules and helping troubleshoot challenges for users along the way.- provided by Dice * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
